As a certified health and nutrition coach, my role is to support your behavior, mindset, and lifestyle transformation.
This includes:
Habit and routine coaching

Accountability and consistency support
Emotional and mindset coaching around your health journey
This program does not include:
Customized meal plans
Personal training or workout programming
Medical or nutritional prescriptions
For those services, you will have access to trusted referrals, including a personal trainer, to support your physical goals alongside this program.
